That's a really good question. I don't think I've even met an Astrid - though I guess she wouldn't be setting bounties on me if I had.

Perhaps it was a castle-full of necromancers I emptied.. are the Dark Brotherhood heavily involved with necromancers? I didn't think they went hand-in-hand, but if so thats why the Dark Bortherhood hates me. Not that I mind; I wouldn't join the Dark Brotherhood anyway

I love how this guy staggered all the way around the fire lugging a gigantic two-handed axe before deciding I was harmless.

So there was once a young elf-lady who asked me to help her with magic.

First her spell turned me green. That was exciting, but not spectacular.



Then I became a cow.



And then a horse.



And finally a dog? What kind of a climax is that?

Well okay, not finally - I was turned back into myself at the end. I suppose the moral of the story is "don't be a test-subject for magic". The thing is, I want to do it again! Wooohooo! (is addiction to magical misadventures healthy?)

I don't know if anyone else has seen the dwarven ruins yet, but dang if they aren't reminiscent of Moria. Now comes in gold; large sizes also available. Complete with kill-it-yourself goblins.

With my shiny new skyforged-steel shock-enchanted blade! The only downside to it is that it runs out in approximately 10 hits. Even though it has 62 charges.

Okay so.. uh.. in this picture I am swinging the blade at a wolf. Clearly the wolf died too quickly, otherwise it would not have gone ragdoll and weightless and (starting to be) flying through the air so quickly.

Absolutely not the friendliest of chaps. He was sitting on top of a word-stone, or whatever you call those things. I had just used up my charges on a wolf, a wisp-ghost-thing and a frost troll, so it was not the most opportune time for him to show up. He died anyway.

A new look? I think not. Firstly, it's heavy armour, and I have invested points in my Light Armour skill. Secondly, while the chest-piece looks great, the skirt doesn't really go.

Yup, the Dark Brotherhood again. I've been honing my skills since the last attempt, and this time I decided to take a grisly trophy. I wasn't too fond of the way the argonian's eyes glittered at me though, so I left it a bit further on.

There is a dragon ahead, I can smell it! Oh okay fine, I can see it.



Turns out that the average Joe Dragon has a name! Mr Vuljotnaak. We skipped the pleasantries though.



Not the smartest place to be, but variety is the spice of life.

Once my sire, now my wife. There was an amusingly small turnout to the wedding, actually. I'd heard that all the people you'd done quests for showed up for weddings, but only a couple of them did.

I know they aren't goblins. They look the same, sound the same, more or less have the same worldviews... as Moria goblins.

Yeah except they don't keep trolls or giant wolves or giant spiders as pets....

They keep large centipede things *shudder* Although their eggs are amazing for making invisibility potions

Also if you're sneaking and sitting still, they can't see you, no matter how close they get. I had one standing nose to nose with me in a thieves guild quest and had to fight the urge to move lol

They had to avoid plagarism somehow Oh and it's not like I'm bagging the idea - on the contrary, I find it quite fascinating. I like it when two things I enjoy show parallels in some ways even though they are completely different in others.

Glass armour! Not likely to keep this though. Or at least not wear it.

And my bold beast of a horse decided to go for a swim while we killed the thing.

New facepaint! It now suits my wife and sub-race (werewolf). You can change your appearance using a code, but beware.. there is a chance you will mess up all your skills and attributes. I am sure that something as big as changing race does that, but I'm not sure about gender. Also note that if you change anything, all your clothing modifiers stop functioning. You need to unequip/re-equip each piece. The code (usable by hitting the "~" key) is "showracemenu". Be sure to save before you try it.

New idea! Twin axes. It won't be permanent, but I like it for trying something new. I later swapped the ancient axe for an elvish one of freezing.

The following is a Draugr Deathlord. I managed to pull off one of the more exciting things I have ever done with a shout on him. Let me show you..



Step one: Draugr steps through the doorway. Note the hole behind him, if you can make it out.



Step two: Fus Ro Dah.



Step three: Watch.

Still taking note of the hole? This is where the fun comes in. Wash, rinse and repeat until you manage to get the draugr into the hole every time. Punting practice!

Three guesses what I did to the draugr on the floor. One guess as to whether it was easier than hitting the bigger ones with an axe.
