Elamon (my main character)

Elamon is a bowman/stealth swordsman, with healing and conjuration magic and superb smithing skills. He wears light armor, and often does not take a blade with him. He usually keeps his "Flaming Dwarven Bow" with him for stealth archery, as the "conjure bow" spell (though efficient) is noisy.

Current equipment-
Head: Circlet that gives +25% damage with bows.
Neck: Galdur's necklace (gives me +30 magicka, +30 health, and +30 stamina)
Body: fur armour of health (+20 hp, legendary)
Hands: steel norn braces (magicka boost, epic)
Feet: norn steel boots (stamina boost, epic)
Right hand (preferred): heroic nord sword (no enchantment, epic)
Left hand: healing magic or conjure bow or dwarven bow (flame enchantment, epic)

Just taking a pleasant afternoon run - in a very familiar place!

Two guesses what that thing is. And no, I don't mean my awesome doubly-sharpened, enchanted steel sword.

A little on the well-done side. I used 12 or more magick potions during this battle and pretty much held twin flamethrowers on him the whole time. I forgot to take a screenshot during the battle - silly me - so this is a hard-to-see picture that I came back to the corpse to take.

Pretty lights at the greybeards' temple. Standing almost on top of the world.

I'm afraid this chap had rather lost the bridge he should have been hiding beneath. He rumbled after me for a few minutes while I practiced sprinting and twisting around and shooting arrows. I eventually ran out of steam, so I switched to:

At this point, I was prepared for the creature. Several moments before that, I was watching town guards pull out their bows and call out warnings. Immediate shock set in at the idea of a battle among all the people in the streets. Two seconds after this shot, however, the wretched animal disappeared and I couldn't find it for the snowstorm. And here I thought the beasts were, well... beasts.

lol nice work on the troll. It's amazing how much harder they are in this compared to oblivion. I like it, they've sort of made them much more fearsome but also more rare. Makes more sense.

haha yeah, I was 2-hitting trolls in oblivion, and they did something like 1/20 of my health with each hit. These things are actually beasts! This second troll was a sneaky chap who had been snatching travellers for quite some time. I found a note on a guard's corpse in the thing's nest; written on it were orders to find and kill what the authorities suspected were a couple of wolves. Poor chap had no idea what was coming.

I think I killed it. Well, at least some of its blood is on my freshly-made dwarven sword. My companion did some of the damage, and I think she got the last hit in. Maybe I shouldn't have equipped her with my enchanted steel sword.



Oh! and in my left hand is my new spell, "healing hands". I had to switch to it to save my companion from the dragon, but at least it wasn't eating me.

Slobbery burning lump of a beast, huh. Well, I can hack them down nowadays, so I'm pleased that I've jumped a bit in skill.

Yup, looks like I bothered them. I don't mind handling assassins; it makes the game so much more interesting. The argonian assassin had about 2% chance of actually killing me, so I think the DB needs to either send more or send stronger cut-throats.

Oh and yes: "poor fool", haha.

Darned thing tried to make lunch of my companion and me, even though it had just killed a goat. Tsk tsk, greed is unwise.

See? Number two, definitely dead. No trick of the light or anything. Wait, did it just twitch?!

Yup, this map is about as modern and fancy as they get. In fact, it's so modern and fancy that even though there's no way to tell which major towns are nearby, it shows a pretty little drawing of a tower. Brilliant.

Just a trip to a tavern in Solitude - yes, on business, but I held up the informant to listen to the lady sing a ballad. First things come first.. I mean, seriously!

Apparently these are party clothes. Who'd have guessed?

Amusingly enough, I missed taking a screenshot of the perfect frying moment. After several reloads, I had to settle for a frosting, as apparently the dragon spawning was randomised every time. Also, in this picture Malborn didn't quite get frosted. Lame photography, sorry. Maybe this next one will slightly make up for it:



Okay, so it isn't clear, but I assure you Malborn is in the thing's jaws. Nom nom.

It's a lot bigger than most, and it decided to munch on my horse. I was facing a bunch of rogues who had made camp in a run-down house, but luckily I returned in time to rescue my faithful mare. Axed.



Mare saved again, this time from a wolf. Wolf absorbed. Lovely new axe for the soul-snatching job

Sneaking around, sword drawn. I love the look of the fur armour. It's a slight pity I had to upgrade my steel sword (possibly my favourite sword skin) to a dwarven sword, but the dwarven one still looks pretty good.

I love the Glass War Axe skin, my Orc has it, does so much damage.
